Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation

Simpson Judge are currently representing a fantastic Legal 500 Law Firm in the Altrincham area who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join a busy Commercial Litigation team.
The Role includes:
• Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone.
• Audio typing via the digital dictation system.
• Preparation of correspondence, court documents and invoices;
• Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary
The ideal candidate:
• Previous experience working in legal in an administration capacity.
• Worked with excellent client management and administration skills.
• Strong audio typist.
• Previous family law experience would be essential but not necessary as training can be provided.
