- Litigation Belfast Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a top tier commercial law firm in its search for an experienced Legal Secretary with expertise in Defence Litigation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to lawyers specialising in defence litigation.

Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.

Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as necessary.

Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases.

Assist with trial preparation.

Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary in litigation.

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
