Are you an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant looking for a new long-term opportunity with a fast-paced and growing company? This role will suit a Paralegal or Legal Assistant from an In-House OR Financial Services background who has decided they do not want to qualify as a Lawyer in the future.
My client, a market leading legal and compliance management product company, is seeking and experienced professional to join them on a permanent basis in their London office. This role involved supporting the company’s existing client facing products, as well as providing outstanding expert legal support to their Lawyers – as well as maintaining various regulatory data and news systems.
As the successful Legal Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting the legal teams with tasks such as instructing Counsel, reviewing draft responses, amending documents and managing legal projects
- Conducting regular reviews of data sources
- Organising and summarising information
- Drafting and sending important alerts to clients (in a timely manner)
- Dealing with specific Lawyer queries
- Maintaining various databases of regulatory data and news
- Working closely with the legal team to conduct regular reviews of data sources

To qualify for this Legal Support Analyst opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- This role is for someone who DOES NOT want to qualify as a Lawyer in the future and is looking for a long-term position in a forward-thinking, fast-growing legal technology company
- Have previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant from either a FINANCIAL SERVICES or IN-HOUSE
- Be degree educated (LLB is essential)
- Have experience supporting Lawyers
- Have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
