We are seeking a Legalisation and Office Support Officer who will be responsible for the company’s legalisation services and for providing general support for related aspects of the company’s activities and will work within the Client Services Team. The role is office based though it will involve some travel around London to Embassies and Consulates.
Responsibilities
- for documents to be legalised at various Embassies and Consulates in London. This involves travelling to and from Embassies and Consulates to deliver and retrieve documents.
- communicate with clients via email and on the telephone, advising and supporting clients on document requirements and legalisation processes.
- liaise with government agencies and embassies to ensure proper legalisation procedures and seek to keep up to date with international legalisation regulations.
- provide general office support to the Client Services and Compliance teams.
- maintain accurate records of transactions and communications, document filing and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
Skills & Competencies
- Whilst some work experience would be helpful, attitude and the willingness to learn is key as full training will be provided.
