Leisure Contract Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Our client, a leading leisure operator, is seeking a dedicated Leisure Contract Manager to oversee a pivotal contract within their portfolio. Suited to an experienced Multi Site Manager or Large Leisure Destination Manager. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing multiple sites, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and driving financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee three diverse leisure sites including a large wetside facility, golf course, and a fitness provision
  • Deliver on financial targets with a focus on maximising contract turnover
  • Collaborate closely with the client/trust, ensuring robust and effective communication and partnership.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop site managers and their teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing multi-site leisure operations or a large single-site leisure destination.
  • Exceptional skills in managing client/trust relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong ability to deliver on financial objectives, including budget management and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
  • Willingness to commute within an hour or relocate as necessary to meet the demands of the role.
