Making sure the Leisure and Activities programme is delivered to the highest standards, delivering excellent customer service. Recruiting, training, and developing your direct reports. Planning strategies with the management team to meet seasonal demands of the business. Ensuring the safety of customers and team members and the security of all activities and leisure equipment, chemicals, the plant room and pools.
