Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Salary: £24000 - £27000 per annum

Job Summary:

As an Estates Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient management of residential properties with a primary focus on lettings. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing support in the coordination of activities related to our commercial properties. This multifaceted role involves working closely with the estates manager, tenants, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Property Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, with a primary focus on lettings and tenant management
  • Coordinate property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease agreements
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, with a primary focus on achieving and sustaining a 90% customer satisfaction (CSAT) score for lettings
  • To complete 100% of residential estates tasks/maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Manage the capacity of our residential properties to achieve 100% occupancy every month
Commercial Property Support:
  • Assist in the management of commercial properties, liaising with property managers and tenants as needed
  • Coordinate lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant improvements
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of property information, lease agreements, and tenant communications
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on property performance and key metrics
Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Stay informed about local housing laws, regulations, and industry trends
  • Ensure properties comply with relevant health and safety standards
  • Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in property transactions
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve issues related to property management in a timely and effective manner
  • Implement preventive measures to mitigate potential problems


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in residential property management, with exposure to commercial property management
  • Strong understanding of property leasing processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in property management software and google docs/sheets/drive etc
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
