Responsibilities
- Advocating for the advantages of the letting service and property management solutions to secure instructions.
- Cultivate relationships with potential landlords, booking in valuations for rental properties.
- Professionally qualifying rental applicants for active listings managed by the company.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of potential tenants, coordinating property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to landlords will also be part of your duties.
- You'll facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, striving to reach mutually agreeable terms, and overseeing pre-tenancy checks.
Skills & Experience
- At least 1 years experience in sales-related industry, not necessarily lettings.
- A people person with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in managing sales processes.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team.
- Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and car.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am - 5:30pm.
