Lettings Negotiator
Location: Southwest London
Salary: £28,000pa-£32,000pa plus bonus!
Experience required: Previous Lettings experience.
One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Lettings Negotiator to join our client's high-end Build to Rent development in Southwest London.
About our client: My client is a high-end Build to Rent company, who have assets all over the UK. They have further planned to increase their portfolio and are looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator who can enter and lease up the high-end apartments in this 300+-unit single site development in Southwest London. I am looking for someone ambitious with previous lettings experience.
Your role as a Lettings Negotiator will include:
• Conducting all lettings viewings.
• Negotiate on all offers received and successfully agree a let.
• Help to manage the lettings process from start to finish.
• Keep all systems updated.
• Follow up on all legislation and company policies.
