Reed Learning is looking for a Level 3 CIPD Tutor to join their expanding team! Offering a fully remote role for an experienced tutor to come onboard and really make a difference!

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to learners studying for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for those studying with us.
- Deliver online sessions; support on-demand learners.
- Contribute to the development of course materials.
- Assess candidate work and provide regular, constructive feedback to aid their progression.
Skills and qualifications
- Relevant experience in a practical HR or L&D role
- CIPD Chartered Member or above is desirable
- Relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development qualifications up to level 5
- Proven track record of online delivery of CIPD qualifications
- Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials
- Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high quality constructive feedback
- Good communication and organisation skills
