We have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Leveraged Finance lawyer to join this financial intelligence firm in London.

The firm specialises in analysing the debt markets, particularly large-cap loans, and is looking for additional expertise from an experienced finance lawyer. The role will involve providing legal analysis on these loans, as part of a wider information and data service to the firm's clients which include many of the leading investment banks.
The legal team managers are interested in hearing from leveraged finance lawyers who are currently working in private practice (or within industry), and should have strong experience of working on the key provisions and negotiations of high-value loan deals. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, ideally from a highly-regarded law firm.
