Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a motivated Leveraged Finance Solicitor to join their Private Credit team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor up to 1-year PQE solicitor. Our client boasts a renowned finance practice, consistently recognised in leading legal directories for their expertise and innovative approach. They have a strong market reputation, which enables them to deliver exceptional service on complex cross-border transactions.
The Role:
As a Leveraged Finance Solicitor, you will focus on advising private credit funds, investment banks, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a variety of sophisticated transactions. This includes direct lending, mezzanine financing, and distressed debt investments. You will play a key role in negotiating and documenting credit agreements and related security arrangements, working closely with non-public companies seeking private credit financing.
Ideal Candidate:
