Position Overview: As a Litigator specialising in housing disrepair, you will be responsible for representing tenants in legal proceedings related to substandard housing conditions. You will work closely with clients to assess their cases, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and advocate on their behalf in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances. Key Responsibilities:
