Litigation Solicitor 3 years PQE through to Partner level, Kingston upon Thames, £45-75K dep on PQE – office based Highly recognised, commercial high street who are Legal 500 ranked, with offices in Surrey and SW London, are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Litigation Lawyer to join their esteemed Litigation team of 7. The role: We are seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join a team of 7 professionals, spread across 3 offices. In this role, you will manage your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes. They are open to considering solicitors who may not have experience in all areas, maintaining an open mind. Location is important as this is an office-based position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and advance your career in litigation. If you have a minimum of 3 years PQE and are looking for a role with excellent prospects for partnership, we want to hear from you. Requirements: Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE dealing with your own litigation caseload Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients. The ability to work autonomously and efficiently. A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care. Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
