The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a busy firm that pride itself on delivering exceptional service to our clients and to each other, in a friendly and supportive way.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Litigation Solicitor, someone with ambition and drive to join the team. You are likely to have around 1 – 3 years PQE and enthusiasm to take on a real career opportunity.
What’s needed to be considered?
- Admission to the Solicitors Roll
- 1 to say 3 years qualified. Civil litigation experience.
- Preferable experience in some property litigation such as possession work
- Competence in relevant work area
- Competent in the firm’s computer facilities and other systems as appropriate
- High standard of interpersonal and communication skills, especially in the context of
client care and managing staff
- Pleasant and positive manner in dealing with colleagues, clients, and team members
- Flexibility and willingness to provide support as required to Partners and staff within the
- office
- Ability to plan, organise and delegate to achieve the team’s workload
- Consistency in approach to work, managing staff issues and developing others
- Ability to be a positive role model and lead the team by example
- Willingness to carry out Fire Warden Responsibilities in your area / floor, as required
