Fantastic opportunity to join this top tier firm in Bournemouth into their Commercial Litigation team as a Recoveries Solicitor in the Recoveries team. This recoveries team are one of the leading recovery teams in the UK.
Quite a rare role in the market, this excellent firm are looking for a litigation solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in a litigation team, ideally within recoveries. You will be advising a wide range of lenders and commercial entities in relation to assets and debt, working with regulated and unregulated lending. This solicitor will be managing their own caseload from pre-litigation through to trial and enforcement.
You will be joining part of a huge litigation team and working closely with the main partners within the team. This is a huge opportunity to learn and progress with one of the leading litigation firms for an enviable client base.
