Job Role Immediate start! Work with a leading agricultural supplier, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Transport and Production Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport logistics and production processes, contributing to the success of our agricultural services. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule transportation for product deliveries and supply pickups. Maintain accurate records of transport and production activities. Assist in managing inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely and effective communication. Prepare and process transport and production documentation. Support the production team with administrative tasks and project coordination. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
