Locum Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor
We have an attractive opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a reputable law firm, to start ASAP for a duration of up to 6 months +.
Our client, a reputable practice is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to assist the team due to an increase in workload. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice and work on a part-time basis, as well as be on hand to assist for at least 3 months, with potential to extend beyond that up to 6 months +.
The firm are happy to offer the role on a fully remote working basis.
Responsibilities
The Locum would assume responsibility for a varied commercial property litigation caseload consisting of a range of matters to include Commercial, and Landlord and Tenant disputes.

Requirements
A minimum of 4 years' PQE
Experience handling busy caseloads of property litigation matters
Ability to hit the ground running from day one
IT Proficient and have your own laptop to work on remotely
Ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy, collaborative team
