Remuneration:£400 per day for 25 UDAs and £450 per day for 30 UDAs
Description:Part Time/Full Time Locum Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, well established, mixed practice near Redcar, North Yorkshire
• £400 per day for 25 UDAs and £450 per day for 30 UDAs
• Private 50/50
• Labs 50/50
• 7 Surgery Practice, air conditioned
• Practice offers Implants & Whitening as well as General Dentistry
• List of Denplan patients
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, DWSI
• Intra-oral cameras
• Hygienist & Therapist on-site
• Full support team. Team are fantastic characters
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
