Description:Part-time Locum Dentist required for 3 days per week (MONDAY, TUESDAY & FRIDAY ONLY) in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Billingham, Stockton on Tees.
• £550 per day (FIXED) - No labs
• Freedom on Clinical Labs
• Hours 9am-6pm Mon - Thurs 9am-4.30pm Fri FLEXIBLE
• 3 Surgery practice - R4 software
• Digital x-rays, Rotary Endodontics
• Hygienist on site
• Very experienced and fully qualified nursing team
• PM on-site and support team
• FREE parking on-site
• Train station is within walking distance of the practice
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
