Remuneration: £450 PER DAY
Description:Part or Full-time LOCUM Dentist required for 4-5 days per week in a MODERN, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Sheffield.
• £450 PER DAY
• EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL DUE TO PRACTICE BEING IN AFFLUENT AREA
• Taking over established list
• Invisalign provider would be a good addition
• 50% split good private
• FD Training practice
• 6 Associate and 1 FD on-site
• Large 7 surgery practice
• Fully computerised - SFD software
• OPG
• Digital x-ray
• Rotary Endo
• Air conditioned surgeries
• FREE on-site parking
• Therapist and full support team
• Hours 8.30am-5.30pm.
• Interest in Invisalign advantageous but not essential
• 15 minutes to Sheffield, 35 minutes to Barnsley
• Available now, start date negotiable

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
