yorkSellick Partnership works with a well-established, highly-regarded law firm in York. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team on a full-time, locum basis.
This assignment is to start in October while the firm recruits permanently.
The Role
This role would suit a Qualified Solicitor who has experience dealing with all aspects of the employment/tribunal process including:
- Employment contracts
- Discrimination
- Redundancies
- Grievances
- Maternity and parental rights
- Settlement agreements
