Working within our Store Team and Loss Prevention team you will effectively help create a safe and secure working and shopping environment, providing a presence to protect the company assets and to minimize loss in store.

As part of the store team you will be required to be the first point of contact for customers as well as providing a security presence .

You will be required to help our stores feel like safe and secure places to work and shop by working closely with the Store Teams and build strong relationships with local police and Identify any high-risk areas and act as a strong deterrent on the shop floor.

You will be engaging with the store management to ensure Company standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times and other duties as requested by the Loss prevention team .

Profile

About you:

  • We would prefer you to have previous experience as a either a Security Officer working in a Retail environment or management with in a retail environment .
  • Totally committed to working as part of the store Team
  • Well-organized with the ability to work well in a fast and busy store.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative.
  • A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, police and customers.
  • Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends
