Job Description
At Home Health, our primary goal is to help individuals stay in their own home as long as possible. We are looking for an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide routine care, observe client's health, help them with their medication, and communicate with the medical team.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Accredited Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program
- BLS and ACLS Certification
