About the ro le We are seeking for a Luxury Brand Ambassador for Frasers, Rushden Lakes, Northamptonshire with a passion for luxury, the drive to make a difference and the desire to shape the future of our business. This is a part-time role 2 days, 15 hours per we ek. Purpose of the roleAs a Luxury Brand Ambassador for the House of Creed, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer serv ice. Key responsibil itiesIncluding but not limite d to: Product Know ledge:Develop a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales.Sales Excel lence:Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and ben efits.Customer Ser vice :Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand lo yalty.Visual Present ation:Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising stan dards. Skills/Experiences desiredExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facin g role.Passion for the luxury brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer expe rience.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales t argets.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced envir onment.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.Passion for fragrance or beauty products is a plus.
