Job Description Alexander Brown is looking for dynamic sales ambassadors to join the Browns family, this role will be based at our flagship store in the Royal Arcade. Key Outputs: • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets every month • Offering an exceptional experience to every client in accordance with Browns standards Requirements • Minimum of 5-10 years sales experience. • Experience with clientelling is necessary. • Experience in the luxury retail industry is necessary, fine jewellery experience will be highly beneficial. • Tertiary qualification in Psychology and/ or Marketing (or any other relevant qualification) would be advantageous. Benefits Market related/competitive basic salary and commission structure. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, preferably retail sales experience. Experience in the luxury retail industry would be beneficial. Grade 12 certificate. Tertiary qualification in Psychology and/ or Marketing (or any other relevant qualification) would be advantageous.
