Skills & Requirements
- ACA Qualified
- Experience in TS, Deal Advisory or Corporate Finance
- Responsible for all the administrative aspects of the deal process (NDA’s, process letters, dataroom management, etc.)
- Involved in all aspects of the deal including research, drafting documents, and financials with great opportunity to learn and progress.
