Machine Operative - Food Production (Days) Hourly rate £10.40 Shift Pattern 06:00-17:00 - 7 days in every 14 days with every other weekend off, working 36 hours per week Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday Why 2 Sisters? About the role As a member of the production team your role is to set up and operate machinery, ensuring our quality and safety standards are met; to conduct basic maintenance and fault finding, completing required paperwork and ensuring tooling is cleaned and stored correctly. What we’re looking for The ability to work well within a team and follow processes, a “can do” attitude and great attention to detail.
