You will be joining a rapidly expanding global brand name organisation.
Role
You will join in a brand newly created position within the international legal team. You will undertake a richly diverse and extremely varied role, working on a wide range of principally corporate/M&A work. You will also have the opportunity to additionally get involved in wider commercial legal matters. You will have fantastic opportunities for further career growth and development.
You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package including c.20% bonus and annual equity.
This organisation has its HQ in central London. You will be able to undertake elements of remote/flexible working in this role.
You
You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or US Attorney with approximately 1-5PQE who trained and qualified at a leading law firm. You will have prior experience in respect of Corporate/M&A matters. No previous in-house experience is necessary for this position. No previous sector specific experience is required.
