The Company:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established, market leading firm based in Wellingborough on their search for an experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join their team. Our client has been established for over 60 years and are now looking for an engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join the team. The Benefits:
· Salary: £38,000-£40,000 dependent on experience

The Role:
- Electrical & Mechanical fault finding & rectification on packaging and manufacturing machinery.
- Conducting planned & preventative maintenance on an array of manufacturing machinery.
- Minimize machine downtime by servicing and maintaining machinery effectively and efficiently.
- Suggest plans and ideas to improve machine and process capability, using continuous improvement methodologies where required.
- Offer assistance and training to lesser skilled staff to aid with preventative maintenance.
- Complete and maintain neat documentation and service record to ensure all data is correct.
- Follow and adhere to company Health & Safety policies.
The Requirements:
· Experience: Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
· Skills: Multi-skilled with mechanical or electrical bias
· Capabilities: Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic
· Qualifications: Relevant mechanical/electrical qualifications advantageous
· Understanding: In-depth fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery
· License: Full UK Drivers Licence
