What you'll be doing:
- Maintain district heating assets: boilers, plant rooms, pipework networks, and pumping stations
- Assist O&M Team Leaders with electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Improve asset performance
- Ensure health and safety adherence in commercial environments
- Travel to surrounding sites for maintenance tasks
- Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 4)
What we want from you:
- ONC/NVQ Level 3+ in a relevant Engineering Discipline
- Experience with commercial/domestic heating, pipework systems, heat generation, and transfer equipment
- Skills in safe isolation and re-commissioning of plant/pipework and electrical systems
- Health and Safety knowledge (IOSH and/or NEBOSH desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
