Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join our operations team based at our Naunton Quarry, located in the beautiful Cotswolds. As a Mechanical Fitter at Breedon, you’ll enjoy being out and about, building relationships with the team and supporting maintenance projects as well as some reactive work to keep our plant operational; it’d be fantastic if you have some experience of welding or fabricating. You’ll be an ideal fit for this position if you have a great sense of humour, don’t mind getting your hands dirty and are willing to tackle a problem!
Do you have?
- Experience in a maintenance or mechanical engineering role.
- Experience of welding and fabrication.
- A full UK driving licence
As a Mechanical Fitter you’ll work with our Quarry Management team, supporting all preventative maintenance activities across the site. You will be working weekdays with core working hours of 7am to 5pm; as well as the odd Saturday (we anticipate 2 in 4).
