Here at ISS as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Engineer (FM) providers are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team dedicated to their client's corporate banking UK HQ facility in Milton Keynes by the train station.
This is a brand new site, and is the client's largest site in the UK, used by 1000s of staff, and is powered by brand new electrical and HVAC systems with an eye to energy efficiency
We at ISS employ a strong engineering maintenance team to look after the building
Here, you will work with the others engineers, and by yourself to complete planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical and Electrical systems, plus minor fabric repairs.
While there is a slight preference towards mechanical, we can also concise an electrical bias

Actions will include:
- Responsibility for PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.
- Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
- To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work.
- Ensure that all equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria
We need from you:
- Mechanical and/or Electrical qualifications plus some maintenance experience
