Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance TechnicianIndustry: Manufacturing Department: Maintenance Location: Mountain Ash Contract: Salaried, permanent.Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating 3am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6amSalary: Up to £50,000 p/a dependent on experienceAre you an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, looking for a new opportunity ? The Role Working as aprt of an established team, providing Planned, Preventative and Reactive Breakdown Maintenance to a variety of production machines. Ensuring maximum production capacity, within a safe working environment. Key AccountabilitiesDemonstrate effective technical skills to support our manufacturing operation.Operate in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, departmental procedures, company policy and GMP.Work as part of a team to ensure targets for delivery, quality and efficiency are met. Implement planned and preventative maintenance schedules.Communicate problems and issues which impact manufacturing schedules or maintenance plans.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.EssentialHNC or equivalent in an electrical or mechanical engineering disciplineExperience of fault finding and repairing hydraulic systems and components.Experience of working with pneumatic systems.Experience of carrying out electrical fault finding, repairs and installation work.Experience of working with and fault finding on PLC controlled systems, sensors switches etc.Experience of working on facilities, maintenance and routine checks, carrying out regular fire system tests etc.Experience in computer systems within a production environment.Experience of using drawing, manuals and circuit diagrams as appropriate.Experience of and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.IdeallyExperience of monitoring cooling tower systems to comply with L8 Legionella controls.Self -motivatedTeam playerUsed to and able to work under pressureExperience of working on injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment will be highly advantageous.Closing date 18.07.2024Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client.To Apply please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on or email your CV to (url removed).
