Maintenance & Engineering Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Plant
Salary: Negotiable DOE around £45,000-52,000 plus vehicle
WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY REQUIRE REGIONAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER / ENGINEERING MANAGER WITH EXPOSURE TO WASTE MANAGEMENT / RECYCLING / HEAVY INDUSTRY
ROLE: Maintenance & Engineering Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Plant
SALARY: Negotiable DOE around £45,000-52,000 plus vehicle
LOCATION: You will be based in the North West Greater London / Bucks area
PREVIOUS TITLES (not exhaustive): Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager (Electrical or mechanical Engineering), Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor
ROLE – Maintenance & Engineering Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Plant
You will deliver and optimise PPM schedules
You will directly manage maintenance engineers
Minimisation of down time
Spares management
You MUST be committed to inspiring and enforcing a positive working ethic within the team, ensuring the correct resources for a safe working environment are made available IOSH & NEBOSH are desirable.
EXPERIENCE – Maintenance & Engineering Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Plant
You will have experience as an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager in a heavy production environment
Other key skills required are: delivery of training, team manager, teamwork, safety manager
HNC, HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline Electrical, C & I, Mechanical or Process is desirable
Health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH essential
PREVIOUS TITLES (not exhaustive): Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager (Electrical or mechanical Engineering), Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor
YOUR PREVIOUS BACKGROUNDS (not exhaustive): Quarry, Mining, Chemical Manufacture, Oil, Gas, Off Shore, Chemical, Food (E.G Flour, Sugar, Cereals) Power Station, Energy, EFW, IVC , Waste Management, Automotive, Cement, Concrete Block, Steel, Brick, Quarry, Biomass, Gypsum, Mining, Mineral Processing, Aggregates, Metal Powders, Or Similar Production Or Heavy Industry Environment.
