Maintenance Execution Manager

Our Maintenance team are at the centre of our industry leading safety and reliability. They work with our Engineering teams to ensure that our facilities remain best-in-class. Every day, they solve problems across our sites so that we can keep our plants performing exceptionally.
On successful appointment you will implement the company risk-based maintenance strategy to improve plant performance through management and coordination of maintenance execution employees.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have a thorough working knowledge of maintenance practices as well as experience of effectively managing teams and individuals to deliver results and meet prescribed goals.
The mentoring and coaching of operations personnel in maintenance strategy, policies and procedures is an important feature of this role and hence strong interpersonal skills are essential in both leading the maintenance team and others beyond the job holder’s direct authority.

The job holder will be qualified to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or will have gained significant practical experience in managing and coordinating maintenance teams.
