Your new role
The maintenance manager reports to the Engineering Manager and leads a team of 20+ engineers in daily technical support. The company has huge investment plans, and you play a critical supporting role in that. Manage budgets, capex,-up skilling of the team, down time are all your contribution to department success.
What you'll need to succeed
Time served in engineering discipline and previous people leadership experience. It would also be nice but not essential if you had an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
