Maintenance Manager Job In Worcester

Estates Officer/Maintenance Manager Vacancy, Worcestershire Based, Temp to Perm

Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Estates Officer/Maintenance Manager in Worcestershire. This will be an initial temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent. You will be based out of their main site in Worcestershire.

The job responsibilities will be to:

• as an AP (will need experience) manage CPs and ensure the systems and all required records are maintained in accordance with the relevant standards
• in leading the Maintenance team, in a way that achieves maximum flexibility and productivity for the organisation
• and enforce the standards of maintenance carried out by in-house staff or sub-contractors (on plant and equipment managed by the estates department)
• in implementing a robust planned preventative and corrective maintenance system to ensure the efficient operation, compliance and integrity of the Estate
• up to date asset registers, PPM records and other applicable records
• in creation and implement departmental procedures and policies
• and communicate and work with the Capital developments department on all aspects of projects that have an estates department impact
