You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors, and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support HOD’s to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health & safety standards within the hotel.Based in the Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broadstreet Branch you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
