We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join a privately owned building services maintenance provider. The company have recently gone through a new acquisition and are looking for a technically astute manager in this field to run their team of around 14 specialist Air Conditioning Engineers and Commercial Combustion Engineers.
The position is hybrid working where you would be working from home a couple of days and the rest of the week at their offices in Kent or out on-site meeting clients in the London and Home Counties region. Most of the work is planned and reactive maintenance to HVAC systems within commercial offices, large 5-star hotel chains and restaurants. You should also have experience of managing maintenance contracts and to have assisted with their re-negotiation. The daily tasks will also encompass, the planning of engineer’s workloads, technical back up, quotations for extra to contract works etc. Experienced supervisors with a minimum of 3-years’ experience that feel that they are ready for their next step up would be considered.
