This role is suitable for any Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work in an environment that constantly motivates you, allows you to be a decision maker, and wants to develop and be challenged within the PBSA sector.

THE TASKS:


  • Managing the facilities, PPM, RM and Lifecycle of the building, to ensure Customer & Property Management objectives and KPI targets are met.


  • Supporting the achievement of 100% compliance in Audit.


  • Working with other colleagues to provide the best results and solutions for residents.


  • Support Maintenance Managers to identify training needs of Maintenance team and address any developmental areas.


  • Support Maintenance Operatives with maintenance tasks and develop colleagues practical and technical skill.




YOUR REQUIREMENTS:


  • You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need to have sound property knowledge with an ability to use your initiative when dealing with maintenance issues.


  • Highly organised with an ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and Compliance topics.
