Job Description

Role: Maintenance Team Leader x2

Contract: 6 months’ rolling contract

Location: Rotherham

Shift: 4 on 4 off (2 days and 2 nights) 6-6

Rate: £35 p/h (LTD/Umb) Outside of IR35

Or £25 p/h plus £3.02 Holiday pay (PAYE) (Circa 60k)

Details:

We require two Team leaders with strong ethical beliefs to manage the day to day and short-term action of their respective teams.

Working shifts made up of 4 on (2 day follow by 2 night) 4 off. Shifts start at 06:00 till 18:00 for day, 18:00 till 06:00 for night.

The teams will consist of 3 engineers (multi skill with either Mechanical or Electrical bias)

It is expected from you to organize, supervise, direct your team, lead/motivate and delegate tasks accordingly.

You need to ensure that every single job is executed on time, and without compromising. Work closely with Operations on priority, improvements, and co-ordination of activities. Recommend upgrades, overhauls, and other changes to major systems and equipment

Strong Leadership skills is a must
