Fantastic company with career progressionGreat role for a Management AccountantAbout Our ClientOur Client is recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant in Crawley.Job DescriptionPrepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Generate management reports and dashboards to track financial performance.Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and forecasts.Develop financial forecasts and rolling budgets to predict future financial performance.Analyse and control costs by reviewing expenditure and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Perform cost-benefit analysis for projects, new initiatives, and investments.Assist in formulating strategic and long-term business plans.Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, suggesting strategies for risk mitigation and capitalising on opportunities.Ensure financial practices comply with statutory requirements and internal policies.The Successful ApplicantProven experience in a similar accounts functionThe ability to analyse and interpret dataExcellent planning and organising skills - able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyThe ability to prioritise own workload to meet business needsAttention to detail when producing data, reports, or other analysisExperience as a Management AccountantMay be working towards an accountancy degreeWhat's on OfferSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Hybrid workingCompany PensionHolidayAdditional company benefits
