Job Description
As a Management Accountant you will provide management account support on an operational level to Inizio XD and Inizio Group. You will work with the management accounts team and other Partners.You will report into the Head of Management AccountsWhat you'll do: Help with and produce monthly management accountsBalance sheet account reconciliations and nominal journalsEnsure compliance with all relevant tax authorities across EUCompany Tax Returns (including VAT)Maintain fixed asset registersHelp with budgets and forecastsProduce year end accounts including detailed schedulesWork with the department to ensure financial accuracy and systems are maintainedLiaise and communicate with Directors and senior managers of the Inizio businessCommunicate with Inizio Group FinanceRepresent department/company at internal/external meetingsEnsure companywide understanding of VAT rules including running training sessionsMaintain accounting knowledge following industry standards to ensure we are complaint and therefore mitigating risk What do you need to have … Experience in a Management Accountant role is necessaryFully qualified or towards near completion of a professional accountancy qualification(ACCA or CIMA)Must be numerate, literate and quick to learn.Experience making informed decisionsExperience working in a time constraint organisationExperience persuading and collaborating with senior partnersExperience taking advantage of any opportunities that present themselves to improve service levelsExperience in leadership and autonomyHave a high level of Microsoft Excel skillsCan hold confidential information and know where and when to shareTranslate financial terminology into clear forms Benefits … Great compensation package25 days' annual leave plus public holidays, company closure over Christmas plus a personal day3 days volunteering leavePrivate Medical InsuranceLife InsurancePension SchemeHybrid workingGroup Income Protection
