Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic group responsible for managing cash transactions and providing management accounts to our Senior Leadership Team. As a Management Accountant, you will be crucial in delivering accurate and timely management information for the company and its subsidiaries, including management accounts, flash reports, and detailed analytics. Produce detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliations and create necessary nominal journals. Review and monitor key control accounts, ensuring appropriate actions are taken. Conduct detailed income statement analysis. Review and report departmental/project spending against budget, providing MI to relevant departments/managers. Requirements: Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other accounting software. Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Commercial experience in a similar position. Ability to review balance sheet control accounts and identify corrective action recommendations for review with the Finance Manager. Substantial experience in a busy, progressive, and tightly controlled finance function.
