Management Accountant needed for a growing company.

You prepare accurate monthly accounts, provide data visualisation facilitating good conclusions. This data will guide the team to achieve our growth potential.

Remit:

You will prepare our financial statements to comply with UK laws(UK FRS and GAAP). Issue these to the management team in line with the Bunzl reporting calendar.

Calculate taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure taxes are paid properly and on time.

Maintain management data to ensure accounting systems are efficient.

Make recommendations to the management team.

Suggest ways to reduce costs, maximise revenue, improve EBIT and free cash flow. You will provide data visualization to inform and empower the team. We want to be the best and achieve our potential in the world of insulated shipping systems and ice packs.

You will be part of the team tasked with defining our needs and implementation of our ERP investment.

Reporting to the general manager and part of the management team we will drive business strategy maximising growth and profitability.

We are looking for:

ACMA / CGMA qualified.

You will provide evidence of management controls used to demonstrate compliance with internal and external financial audits. Appreciate the importance of legal compliance.

Utilise HFM Oracle to aid consolidation of financial reports.

Demonstrate skills in visualization of data for management to deliver good outcomes.

Implementation of ERP in a manufacturing business.

Customer centric, transparent, agile, approachable, and act with integrity.

Work Location:

Initially, we ask you spend the first 6-12 months at our premises until you are fully up to speed with all aspects of our business and ERP implementation is complete. Then, we can look at a hybrid or flexibility around work location.

Package and unique benefits and perks:

Salary £45,000 - £48,000

Annual leave - 25 days holiday
