- Production of monthly management accounts delivered to tight deadlines together with sound analysis and investigation of results and variances for a number of operational units.
- Working with operational teams to identify procedures for continuous business improvement and service optimisation.
- Regular site visits to support operations, accurate financial reporting and asset reviews.
- Group reporting of actuals vs budget, prior year and YTD.
- Responsible for Business Partnering and producing quality budgets/forecasts
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Provide support to the annual external audit process.
- Preparation of business cases.
- Carry out any ad hoc project work as is necessary to support the business objectives.
- A fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills - knowledge of Google Sheets ideal as well as Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK Drivers Licence
