Job Description
- Prepare and report weekly and monthly financial information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the GB Mills.
- Collaborate with Mill Managers and Category Accountants to meet their reporting needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements in accounting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial control processes and group policies.
- Support the senior management team with scenario evaluations and financial analysis.
- Participate in and possibly chair weekly and monthly financial review meetings.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified accountant (or QBE) with strong technical financial accounting skills.
- Have experience with ERP systems and strong financial process knowledge. Mtech & SAP desireable.
- Demonstrate excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in agriculture or FMCG industries is desirable but not essential.
