Job Description
- Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts.
- Conducting financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Assisting with budget preparation and cost management in the Accounting & Finance department.
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Performing financial modelling and analysis.
- Collaborating with team members to meet department goals.
- Developing and maintaining financial systems and processes.
- Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Excellent numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
