Leadership and Management Development Partner Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Assessments to identify skill gaps and developmental needs.
- and creating tailored training programs covering leadership development, team building, change management, and strategic planning.

Leadership and Management Development Partner Experience Required
- in a Management/Leadership Development Training role within a commercial environment.
- OD, or CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- in influencing at senior levels and driving new development initiatives.
- delivery and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior managers.
